George Glass

I had a pretty low-key day today as a half-day substitute teacher. I had to do math, but the kids were good and it was pretty painless. After that I worked at the store while people ate lunch. Then I went to get my hair cut and to see about classes at the art museum. My car wouldn't start so I walked.

I got a new hair cutter person. Her name is Amanda Mack. She's nice. Erin no longer works there so I'm glad I found someone else that I like.

When I got to the museum I met George Glass. I'll be taking a class with him. A stained glass class. I thought it was too much of a coincidence between his last name and the name of the class but he's pretty dreamy, has a deep voice that I like to imitate for my friends, and I think he'll be good at the class. I hope I will be too, with my soldering experience and my hot and warm glass work, I've been wanting to try stained glass for a long time. It was just one of those things, kind of like just picking up the phone when George Glass calls, I thought I would like to enroll in the class, and I stopped by, and inquired about scholarships...and it looks like it might all come together and happen.

The moral of the story is: When George Glass calls, do yourself a favor and pick up the phone.
